Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a keen-eyed editor to go through my existing technical documentation and make sure it is clear, consistent, and fully aligned with the standards I already follow. You will receive the docs in their current form together with my internal style guide, terminology list, and formatting rules.
Your task is to:
• Review the content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Apply my style guidelines precisely, correcting any deviations.
• Mark all changes with track-changes (or an equivalent feature) so I can see every edit.
The work is complete once each document reads smoothly, uses consistent terminology, and passes a final spell-check and grammar sweep without introducing new layout issues. If you are comfortable working in Word or Google Docs and have a solid grasp of technical writing conventions, I’d love to collaborate on this.
