About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships between our clients and the technical team, as well as guiding clients through the AI solutions process. You will work closely with the development lead to create tailored solutions that meet the client's needs and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining a personal relationship with them
Manage the day-to-day operations of the client account, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
Work closely with the development lead to create tailored solutions that meet the client's needs
Educate clients on the benefits of AI technology and how it can help their business
Communicate with the client regularly to understand their needs and provide updates on the project status
Facilitate communication between the technical team and the client to ensure that the project is moving in the right direction
Lead discussions with the client on product growth and trajectory, using your technical and business experience
Manage up to 6 different clients at once, while creating documentation to instruct and guide the developers
Check in periodically with the client to ensure everything is running smoothly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in client management, with a focus on AI technology
Strong knowledge of AI technologies and the latest trends and developments in the industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Technical and business experience to lead discussions on product growth and trajectory with clients
