School ERP Module Development

I want our public-facing school website to talk seamlessly to the Doplus School ERP so that parents, students, and teachers see live information without ever leaving the site.

Scope of integration
• Faculty and Student modules must both surface on the website, using the official Doplus API.
• Faculty area: show each teacher’s profile, their current class activity stream, and real-time student attendance.
• Student area: display personal profile (with attendance summary), performance & reports, and an up-to-date fee ledger with payment link if the API supports it.

Additional needs
• The “Enquiry” form on the website should push every submission directly into the ERP’s enquiry/lead section so office staff can follow up from one place.
• Keep our existing pages—Circulars, News & Updates, Videos & Gallery, Downloads—intact, but wire them to fetch data from the ERP whenever such endpoints are available.
• Embed and auto-refresh our Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn feeds inside the “School Media” area. Buttons for liking/following must be present and work on both desktop and mobile.

Technical expectations
Set up secure API authentication, handle session management so users log in once, and ensure the new components match our current responsive design. Before hand-over, walk me through the code structure, environment variables, and any third-party libraries you add.

Deliverables
1. Deployed, tested integration for all features listed above
2. Source code or detailed change log for our repository
3. Brief technical documentation and a closure call for walkthrough
