Safety Engineer for SISTEMA Calculation – Machine "DENIS" – Long-term cooperation
Budget: €400 – €1,100 EUR
I am looking for a Functional Safety Specialist to perform Performance Level (PL) verification for a CNC brushing machine "DENIS" (retrofit of a TOS SUA 125 lathe).

We have all the necessary inputs prepared to minimize your time:
Final Risk Assessment (ISO 12100) with identified hazards.
Detailed SRS v3.0 (Safety Requirements Specification) – defines SF1–SF10.
Complete Bill of Materials (BOM) with exact component types (Siemens Sinamics S210, Pilz PSENmlock, SICK IME2S, Siemens F-PLC).
Electrical Schematics.
Scope of Work:
Model 10 Safety Functions (SF1–SF10) in SISTEMA software.
Verify PL against required PLr (mostly PL d) based on SRS.
Deliver the final verification report and the source project file.
MANDATORY DELIVERABLES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
The project is only considered complete, and the final payment will be released ONLY upon delivery of:
SISTEMA Project File (.ssm): The original, unencrypted, and fully editable source file. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
SISTEMA PDF Report: A full verification report corresponding to the .ssm file.
Manufacturer Data: Documentation of used libraries (.slb) or manual data entries (MTTFd, B10d) used for the calculation.
Milestone Payment Plan:
To ensure a smooth collaboration, the budget will be split into two milestones:
Milestone 1 (30%): After modeling the first 3 Safety Functions and submitting them for initial review to ensure the methodology is correct.
Milestone 2 (70%): After delivery and approval of ALL final documents, including the editable .ssm file.
Long-term Prospect:
We are looking for a reliable partner for future projects. We regularly perform machine retrofits and need a stable consultant for safety calculations. If the cooperation on machine "DENIS" is successful, more projects will follow.
Requirements:
Proficiency in ISO 13849-1 and SISTEMA.
Experience with Siemens Safety Integrated (Sinamics S210).
Reliability and clear communication.
