React SaaS Technical Review and QA Check

**Technical reviewer wanted — QA pass + production-readiness plan for a React SaaS (short engagement)**
I've built FieldPro, a field service CRM for Australian property management companies and their trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). The prototype is feature-complete and I'm looking for a sharp pair of eyes to tell me what's really needed before it goes live.

**What I need from you:**
1. **Thorough QA pass** — walk every module (jobs, quotes, diary, inventory, purchase orders, user management, technician mobile view) across all three roles (TopBoss / Admin / Tech). Test desktop and mobile. Log bugs, UX issues, accessibility gaps, and anything inconsistent or brittle.
2. **Production-readiness plan** — a written roadmap covering: data layer and backend approach, authentication and role-based permissions, environments (dev/staging/prod), error monitoring and logging, analytics, security basics, and a pre-launch checklist. Opinionated recommendations, not just a list of options.
**Deliverables:** a bug/issue report, a prioritised list of must-fix vs. nice-to-have, and the implementation plan as a document I can hand to a developer.
**You are:**
- Senior engineer, tech lead, or QA consultant who has shipped and supported production B2B SaaS
- Comfortable reading a React/Vite codebase and giving concrete, actionable feedback
- Good at writing things down clearly for someone else to execute
**Engagement:** fixed-price or hourly, ~1–2 weeks of work. Remote, AU timezone preferred (I'm in Sydney).
