Oracle OM Migration & OAF Development

I am replacing our legacy PROMPT platform with Oracle Order Management and need someone who can carry the project from both the technical and functional sides. The immediate priority is to rebuild every order-entry and processing workflow we currently run in PROMPT so that users can switch over to Oracle OM without noticing a drop in speed or accuracy.

Here is what the engagement will look like:

• Technical build: an experienced OAF developer will design and code the required pages, extensions, and validations inside Oracle E-Business Suite, keeping the UI intuitive for our order desks.
• Functional alignment: an Oracle OM specialist will map business rules, configure fulfilment setups, and document each step so that finance, inventory, and shipping stay fully in sync.
• Data migration & cut-over: together we will cleanse historical PROMPT data, load it into Oracle, and execute a controlled go-live.
• Knowledge transfer: walkthrough sessions and user guides to make sure internal teams can maintain the solution.

Acceptance criteria
• All order-entry scenarios (standard, drop-ship, and returns) replicate current PROMPT behaviour in Oracle OM.
• Performance meets or beats legacy timings during stress tests.
• End-to-end UAT sign-off from Sales Ops and Logistics.
• Complete functional and technical documentation delivered.

Timeline
I need the project wrapped up within one month, so a clear, phased plan with milestones is essential.
