Onsite Bilingual SAP PP Consultant
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I need an experienced SAP PP consultant to join my team full-time for six months, working alternately between Hồ Chí Minh City and Bình Dương. You should have already completed two to three end-to-end SAP PP implementations and feel completely at home configuring and optimising Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
Day to day, you will be driving the PP workstream, handling blueprint workshops, system configuration, data migration, testing, go-live support and hyper-care. Close collaboration with our SAP QM colleagues is essential, so an understanding of PP–QM integration points—inspection types, control keys, results recording, usage decisions—will be valuable. All project communication with key users will be in Vietnamese, while documentation and alignment with our regional IT stakeholders will be in English; therefore, fluent Vietnamese and solid, professional English are both must-haves.
Because the role is onsite, you’ll need to be available Monday to Friday during standard working hours, with occasional weekend cut-over support when we hit critical milestones. I will provide clear objectives for every phase of the rollout and quick feedback on deliverables to keep our timeline on track.
Key deliverables
•Do FIT-GAP analysis, Complete PP configuration and unit testing for MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning
• Integrated testing and sign-off with MM, SD, IM, QM
• End-user training materials (Vietnamese) and technical documentation (English)
• Cut-over plan, go-live assistance and post-go-live support until project handover
