NDI Evidence Documentation Preparation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a complete, well-structured evidence package that satisfies our NDI requirements. The bundle must contain three distinct yet cohesive parts:
• Technical documentation that dives into the system architecture, explains every API in clear Swagger-style detail, and doubles as a user guide for internal teams. UML diagrams, data-flow charts, and sequence diagrams should be included where they add clarity.
• Compliance reports mapped explicitly to SADAIA guidelines. Each control or requirement cited by SADAIA must be cross-referenced to the relevant section of the system documentation or operational process, with supporting screenshots, logs, or policy excerpts where appropriate.
• End-user manuals written in plain language, covering installation, daily operation, troubleshooting, and escalation paths.
Source files in Word, Confluence export, or Markdown are fine as long as they remain editable. Diagrams should be supplied in both image and editable formats (Visio, Draw.io, or similar).
Acceptance is straightforward: every SADAIA control is accounted for, technical content reflects the current production build, and the manuals allow a non-technical user to get up and running without external help.
