Migrate WordPress Email to G Suite
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I want my current WordPress-hosted mailbox moved over to Google Workspace without losing a single message. The domain and address stay exactly the same; I just need everything running through G Suite for one user (me).
Here is what I need done:
• Provision a Google Workspace account for the address and update the DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so mail flows straight into Gmail.
• Copy every message, folder and attachment from the existing WordPress mailbox into the new Gmail inbox, verifying that nothing is missing or duplicated.
• Re-create the way I currently organise mail by setting up the labels and a few filters I’ll specify, so the inbox behaves the same—or better—than before.
• Hand over a short set of notes showing exactly what was changed (DNS records, migration method, filters) so I can maintain it later.
I will provide domain-registrar access, WordPress email credentials and the Google Workspace licence. Please let me know roughly how long the switch-over will take and any downtime I should expect.
