Migrate Emails: HostGator to Google Workspace

I need an experienced email administrator to move a small set of inboxes—six in total—from my current HostGator server to Google Workspace (Gmail). All existing messages and folders must come across intact, and the final Gmail view should mirror the label structure my team already uses on HostGator.
Scope of work
• Create the new Gmail accounts (up to six) under my Google Workspace.
• Point DNS/MX records away from HostGator so mail begins landing in Gmail with no downtime.
• Perform a full IMAP migration, bringing over every message, attachment, and folder.
• Re-create the same folder hierarchy as matching labels in Gmail.
• Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured to preserve deliverability.
• Provide a brief hand-off note showing each account’s login details, what was migrated, and any next steps.
* All emails and threads and attachment should be transferred over to Gmail as it is
* IMP - Demonstrate the solution for handling email that arrive during migration so they are not missed
* All accounts migration timeline
* Combination of 2 hostgator email account into a new gmail account if needed
* One of the emails account has over 60 GB of emails and attachment how will you handle this
Acceptance criteria
• All historical mail visible and searchable in Gmail.
• Labels match the original folder names one-for-one.
• No bounce-backs or delivery delays once MX cut-over is complete.
• Clear documentation delivered and confirmed by me.
