Expect to sit with the client’s team, capture any specifications they disclose, note compliance points, and flag potential risks or cost drivers raised in the room. No design or analysis work is required at this stage—presence, attentive listening, and clear reporting are what matter.

• Your personal observations on feasibility or red flags, delivered within 24 hours of the meeting
