MEP Commissioning Support for High-Availability Project
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Subject to: MEP Commissioning Support
We have a current requirement for an offshore technical partner to support the commissioning (Cx) scope for a high-availability project.
The Scope of Work includes:
• Documentation Review: Comprehensive submittal and O&M manual reviews.
• Cx Scripting (L2–L5): Preparation and review of QA/QC (L2), SAT (L3), FPT (L4), and IST (L5) scripts for Power, Cooling, DCS, and Fire Life Safety systems.
• Planning: Load bank plan preparation and turnover (L6) report generation.
• Cx Software Administration: Project setup within Cx software and Cx Plan development.
Requirements for Partnership:
1. Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in Tier III/IV data center environments or similar critical infrastructure.
2. Turnaround: Ability to meet strict California-based project timelines.
3. Communication: High-level English proficiency for technical report writing.
