Google Workspace Email Setup

I am looking for an experienced professional to set up Google Workspace for my organisation and configure a set of official email addresses. The task involves creating a clean, reliable and fully authenticated email system for communication.

Scope of Work

• Set up Google Workspace for my domain.
• Create the required official email IDs (around 2–3 accounts).
• Configure DNS settings and update MX records on the domain.
• Ensure proper authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Migrate existing emails from the current webmail account, if possible.
• Integrate the new email IDs with Gmail and mobile devices.
• Test deliverability to ensure emails do not land in spam folders.
• Provide a brief document with login details, DNS settings and instructions for future updates.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Workspace setup and domain configuration
• Familiarity with DNS and email authentication standards
