Evaluate Residential Breaker Box
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a qualified electrical engineer to test my residential distribution panel (breaker box) and provide a written evaluation under seal.
Requirements:
- Expertise in electrical systems, specifically distribution panels.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and provide professional documentation.
- Credentials to ensure evaluation is accepted as a formal report.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed electrical engineer.
- Experience with residential electrical systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Hello, I am in need of an electrical engineer to test my power panel box (electrical main?) and write a letter that it is safe to use.
It is an older model and it has 2 "burnt" fuses that I have blanks on.
We have had zero issues with our power except when a tree limb (probably 300-400lbs) fell on our power line, in August, and yanked 1 leg out.
I repaired everything, per new code, and went through the permit and inspection process.
We were approved for "temporary" power but Maricopa County (not COM due to being on a county island) requires an electrical engineer to evaluate the panel in order to get "full" power.
