I need focused troubleshooting support for an Eaton 93E 40 kVA UPS that is currently showing irregular battery readings after a recent swap-out. The replacement string uses Ritar batteries and I want to be absolutely certain the voltage parameters and overall compatibility are correct before the unit is placed back into full service.
