Data Center DR Facilities Audit

I need an experienced field engineer to conduct an on-site inspection of our target data centre and tell me, in clear terms, which facilities are already in place and which are still missing for us to host our disaster-recovery servers there.

Scope of the visit
You will walk the floor, validate the current state of power, environmental controls, rack space, connectivity and any other infrastructure you consider essential for reliable DR hosting. Please include photographs or labelled screenshots where helpful; they make it easy for me to brief management afterwards.

Report format
Your findings must be compiled into a single, well-structured PDF. Break it into sections (existing capabilities, gaps, recommended next steps) so I can forward it internally without re-formatting.

Safety and security
We do not yet have a bespoke safety or security checklist for this site, so I will rely on you to propose practical, industry-standard procedures before you arrive (e.g., required PPE, access clearance steps, permitted devices). I will get those signed off by the site operator ahead of time.

Deliverables
• On-site inspection completed on the agreed date
• Advisory note on safety/security protocols submitted and approved prior to entry
• Illustrated PDF report delivered within three business days of the visit, highlighting present facilities, deficiencies and actionable recommendations
