DMARC Setup for Gmail

I'm seeking expert consultation to improve my email deliverability on Gmail/Google Workspace. Looking for a freelancer who can help us to ensure emails from our domain land in inboxes, not spam folders.
We do have set ups in SPF and DKIM for the domain, but think the settings are incorrect/contradictory and means our emails are being marked as spam.
