A reference document outlining my concept and basic parameters is ready; your task is to transform it into a full concrete design package for a new multi-storey commercial building. Foundations, the entire column-and-beam skeleton, and every slab or floor plate must be sized, detailed, and documented.

I have already gathered occupancy and use information, giving you general live, dead, and service loads. These values need confirmation, refinement, and combination in accordance with the governing code before you run the structural analysis. Once verified, the final design should optimise material use while staying fully compliant with the chosen standard (ACI, Eurocode, or an equivalent you can justify).

Deliverables
• Design calculations (load derivations, analysis output, member checks) in an editable format
• Reinforcement schedules and bar-bending lists ready for quantity take-off
• Construction drawings (PDF + source CAD) showing plans, elevations, sections, and key details for foundations, columns, beams, and slabs
• A brief design note explaining assumptions, software used, and any deviations from the initial document

Acceptance criteria
The package is considered complete when a peer engineer could take the drawings straight to site without missing dimensional, reinforcement, or specification data, and all calculations track back logically to verified loads.
