ATTLASIAN JIRA IMPLEMENTATION
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m about to roll out a company-wide Atlassian ecosystem and need a specialist who can take full ownership of the design and implementation—starting with Jira and extending, when relevant, to Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket IN ISRAEL ATTENDANCE IN THE OFFICE IN PETHACH TIKVA IS MANDATORY
The immediate goal is to streamline our software-development lifecycle. You’ll lead requirements gathering with product, development, QA, and support teams, translate those findings into an end-to-end Jira configuration (workflows, schemes, custom fields, automation, permissions), and validate the solution against real-world use cases before we go live.
Beyond the build itself, I’ll rely on you to:
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements that Jira can enforce or accelerate.
• Map integrations with our current toolset and set up links to Bitbucket and Confluence where they add measurable value.
• Coach team leads and key users so they can maintain and evolve the solution after hand-off.
To be considered, show concrete experience implementing Jira—or the wider Atlassian stack—in medium-to-large organisations and describe the business outcomes your work delivered. Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, and communicate technical decisions in plain language is essential.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me about similar rollouts you’ve led and the results you achieved.
