USA-Based Remote Laptop Setup
Budget: $40 – $60 USD
A brand-new Windows laptop is on its way to your U.S. address. Once it arrives, I need you to power it on, run through the first-boot screens, and set up unattended access using a third-party tool such as TeamViewer—my preferred method for this project. After remote connectivity is confirmed, I will take over and finish configuring the machine for client-side software testing within a U.S. environment.
At this stage I am not certain which additional testing applications will be required, so please be ready to install or whitelist new tools as I specify them later. If you happen to be comfortable with alternative options like a VPN link or Windows Remote Desktop, let me know; flexibility could be helpful down the line even though TeamViewer is the initial requirement.
Key deliverables
• Laptop successfully activated and connected to the internet
• TeamViewer installed, configured for unattended access, and verified with me in a live handoff session
• A brief note summarizing any changes you made during setup (username, temporary password, network tweaks, etc.)
