Skilled DevOps Engineer for TeamCity Optimization

We are an organization operating with a fully on-premises DevOps toolchain, including Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube, and TeamCity. We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who specializes in TeamCity to help manage, optimize, and automate our CI/CD pipelines, integrate toolchains, and improve development workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain TeamCity on-premises servers, including upgrades, plugins, and agent configurations.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for diverse development teams.
• Integrate TeamCity with Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube, and other internal tools.
• Monitor build performance and troubleshoot build failures and infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices and compliance policies across the pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to streamline delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with TeamCity (on-premise) administration and pipeline creation.
• Proficiency in integrating TeamCity with Bitbucket, Jira, and SonarQube.
• Experience writing build configurations in Kotlin or using TeamCity UI.
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with shell scripting, PowerShell, or Groovy for build and deployment automation.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments
