Training Delivery and Evaluation

Design a six-week training programme of your choice. The topic chosen will form the basis of your
practical Skills Demonstration assessment whereby candidates are required to complete a 15 min
practical training session in the form a video presentation (ref: Skills brief for further instructions).
Candidates are required to construct the Project addressing the criteria listed below:
• Produce a course outline 5 Marks
• Include all materials for one of the training sessions you designed in this course. (Lesson Plan,
Sample Users Guides, User Manuals, Slides, Cheat Sheets, and Ice Breakers & Evaluation
Sheets). 10 Marks
Any Information Communication Technology (ICT) mediums used must be discussed.
(min 750 words). 5 Marks
• Summarise what relevant legislation around diversity would be addressed within your training
portfolio and environment. (min 500 words) 10 Marks
• Discuss how you would evaluate your course, describing two approaches to evaluation and
training and development. Reference two approaches in your answer and the tools and
techniques used in evaluating. (min 750 words)
