Teach CODESYS PLC Concepts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an instructor who can guide a small group of two-to-five learners through roughly twenty hours of online CODESYS PLC training. Although everyone already has some practical exposure to programming controllers, we want to step back and solidify the deeper concepts that tie the whole platform together.
Across the sessions I’d like you to:
• Start with a clear overview of modern PLC architecture, IEC 61131-3 standards, and where CODESYS fits in industrial automation.
• Walk us through installation, workspace setup, hardware configuration and I/O mapping so the theory links directly to what we see on-screen.
• Use Ladder, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram examples to explain why each language exists and when it makes sense to choose one over another.
• Build several small, progressively richer projects that demonstrate tasks such as sequencing, interlocking, state machines and basic diagnostics.
The emphasis is on conceptual understanding, so please be ready to unpack the “why” behind every step rather than rushing to code. Live demonstrations, white-board style explanations, and time for questions after each module will help reinforce the lessons.
We can meet on Zoom or a comparable platform; recordings plus any slide decks, sample projects, or reference sheets you provide should be included at the end of the engagement. If you have an outline in mind, share it and we’ll lock in the schedule.
