Primary Math Problem Solving Tutor

I’m looking for a patient educator who can guide a primary-school learner through basic arithmetic—addition, subtraction, multiplication and division—using a straight-to-the-point, question-led approach. Rather than long lectures, I want each concept introduced through worked examples, with plenty of practice problems that you walk through step by step until the method clicks.

Here’s how I picture the flow:
• You prepare or select short question sets that target one skill at a time.
• During each session you solve the first few problems live, narrating your reasoning, then let the student attempt the rest while you give hints and corrections.
• After the session you leave a concise recap sheet and a fresh batch of practice questions so the student can reinforce the lesson independently.

Sessions can happen online via any common video-call platform that allows screen sharing or a virtual whiteboard—whatever lets the student see each working line clearly. Consistent feedback, a friendly tone and lots of positive reinforcement are essential.
