Ormocanon Bisaya Teacher

I'm looking for a Bisaya teacher who could teach a westerner conversational Ormocanon Bisaya. Lessons would need to be conducted online until May, but potentially can change to in-person in May if you live in or near Ormoc, Leyte (expenses would be paid).

I would be looking for one hour per day, three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri), but I am open to suggestions on what would be best to learn Bisaya in the fastest time.
