Online English Tutor for Preteens
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned online English teacher who can start right away and run engaging reading-comprehension sessions for 2 learners aged 11–14. The style and quality I expect mirror the British Council approach: lively, genuinely communicative, and underpinned by clear learning objectives.
Here’s what the work involves:
• 60-minute live classes on Zoom or a comparable platform, two to three times per week.
• Carefully graded texts and activities that stretch vocabulary, inference skills, and critical thinking.
• Short formative tasks after each lesson so I can track progress.
• Friendly, timely feedback that keeps students motivated and aware of their next targets.
Familiarity with CEFR, Cambridge or similar frameworks is a plus, as is any TEFL, CELTA, or British-Council training background.
