Online English Tutor For Kids
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
Two bright children, 9 and 11, are ready to practise their spoken English with a native-level teacher in lively, joint online sessions.
Goal
Their main focus is conversation: building vocabulary they can actually use, boosting listening comprehension, and gaining confidence to speak without switching back to Slovak. No test preparation or heavy grammar drills are needed—just interactive dialogue, role-plays, games, and everyday topics that keep them engaged.
Format
• One shared lesson for both kids at the same time, so they learn to interact and help each other.
• Sessions delivered live via Zoom, Google Meet, or a platform you recommend.
• Frequency and length can be agreed together, but we would like the flexibility to book both weekday and weekend slots.
What I will look for
• A native or near-native speaker who enjoys working with pre-teens.
• Clear pronunciation and the ability to explain new words simply.
• Creativity in using songs, stories, or virtual whiteboards to keep the lessons fun.
Deliverables
1. 60-minute online lesson plan tailored to both children’s level before the first class.
2. Ongoing brief progress notes after each lesson (bullet points are fine).
3. Suggestions for short at-home speaking activities we can use between sessions.
