Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering structured lessons with practice drills: You will need to design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that include a variety of engaging practice drills.
- Managing a diverse group of learners: The ability to maintain order and facilitate learning among a range of ages, from children to adults, is crucial.
- Maintaining engagement and interest throughout the session: You should have strategies to keep the students motivated and involved throughout the hour-long sessions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven background as an Online Chess Tutor: Your experience in this field will be key to delivering high-quality lessons.
