Need a Teacher Training Expert (Only for Sri Lankans Teachers)

Hi All,
I am a person who is interested to start a career in teaching. I need a person from Sri Lanka who can train me for that. It is not about the subject. It is only about the personality training. Initially I can only spend 5 days for that (from morning to evening). Only if there is a necessary we can extend it.
WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU?
*First you should be a teacher or a professional who is relevant to teaching.
1. You should be very strict in handling me.
2. You should be able to discipline me.
3. You should be able to motivate me.
4. You should be able to teach about the culture of teachers in Sri Lanka.
5. Finally you should be able to bring a new personality which will be fitting for a teacher.
I am again saying that this is not about a particular subject. This is only about personality training. So, Any teacher can apply for this.
My purpose is to go through the same training which you have went through in your teacher training institute. If you have an institution or a place which is suitable for this, I can visit there. We can have a small chat before we start our 5 days course.
I can only spend 2000 Rs (LKR) for this. So, altogether it will be 10,000 in total for five days.
I prefer a mature lady who is above 35 in age. But, Males will also be considered. Please apply if you have enough time and a real motive to help me in this task. I need your greatest support.
