I'm seeking an ITIL expert to provide personalized, one-on-one training sessions focused on the ITIL Foundation level.
- Teaching Skills: A proven track record of teaching ability is essential. Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner are key.
- ITIL Knowledge: You must possess a deep understanding of ITIL concepts and be able to teach them in a structured and comprehensive way.
My current familiarity with ITIL concepts is at an intermediate level. Therefore, I would appreciate a trainer who can challenge me without being too simplistic. The ultimate goal is to achieve ITIL Foundation certification.
