Creating teaching content(Machine learning)

I am looking for a freelancer to create teaching content for machine learning. The content will be intended for intermediate level learners and will be in the form of complete lecture notes. Each teaching content should be long, lasting more than 30 minutes.

Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Experience in creating educational content for intermediate level learners
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive lecture notes
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms for delivering online courses or webinars.
