Create Beginner Python Course
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I want to build a fully-online Python course that takes absolute newcomers from “What is a variable?” all the way to writing small, working scripts.
My audience has zero prior coding experience, so every explanation, example and resource must assume no background knowledge and avoid jargon. The course will revolve around Python and will be delivered remotely, making clarity, pacing and engagement essential.
Content scope
• Foundations: installing Python, using an IDE or simple text editor, running a first script
• Core concepts: variables, data types, conditionals, loops, functions, basic modules
• Practical context: short, relatable examples that show why each concept matters
Assessment approach
The only graded activities I need right now are quizzes. After each major topic students should face an auto-graded quiz that checks recall and basic application. Multiple-choice, true/false and short code-reading questions are all fine as long as the answers can be marked instantly.
Deliverables
1. A detailed syllabus broken into logical sections and lessons
2. Slide deck or written lesson notes for every lesson (whichever you prefer, but format must be consistent)
3. At least one quiz per lesson, with answer keys and explanations
4. Simple sample code files for demonstrations used in the lessons
5. Instructor notes highlighting common beginner pitfalls and suggested pacing
Acceptance criteria
• Lessons flow in a way that builds knowledge incrementally with no unexplained leaps
• All quizzes run without errors in a standard LMS or Google Forms export
• Sample code executes successfully in the latest stable version of Python
• Language remains beginner-friendly throughout
