Colleague's leaving speech

Good afternoon,
I need to deliver a speech on the 21st of July. I am a secondary school teacher and head of department, and one of my colleagues is leaving. I am French and struggling to write anything. I have a few things that could be included (see picture) Please could I have a quote? It doesn't have to be long at all and it is mainly a good bye good luck speech.
