Childcare Diploma Tutor Wanted

We are an education institute located in Ilford, London, currently seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to join our team for the Level 1 Diploma in Caring for Children. This role is office-based, requiring the tutor to conduct in-person classes at our academy once a week. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to choose the timing of the class sessions, allowing for a schedule that suits both the tutor and the students.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting 5-6 hour classes at our academy once a week
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons for the Level 1 Diploma in Caring for Children.
- Plan and prepare instructional materials tailored to the curriculum and the needs of the students.
- Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback and guidance to help them achieve their
educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or tutoring child care subjects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Commitment to the academic success and well-being of the students.
Compensation:
Pay ranges from £12 to £20 per module, based on experience and qualifications.
