Tally Prime Customization & TDL Developer Project

I am looking for a freelancer to customize Tally Prime with the following features:

1 Import Ledger from Excel Sheets for 2 Companies Data?
2 Tally Cash & Bank Layout can display as Excel Sheet Layout?
3 Tally All printable Data Layout Can Display English with Japanese?
4 Tally Gateway Menu, Sub Menu and All Heading Text Can Display English with Japanese?
5 Single a user license be used by two users (TVU) at the same time in third-party cloud services?
6 Can you provide Cloud service with protection by a firewall, Ransomware, & viruses, If yes, then what would be the price for it?
7. Year Closing Balance Confirmation (Purchase & Sale) Can create an Excel sheet sample?
8 Invoice customization (3Pg) With Logo, Printable & Auto sync with Sale?
9. No need for Japanese language skills. I will translate English words into the Japanese language.

The project is expected to be completed within a reasonable Price & timeframe, and the freelancer should be available to provide ongoing support if necessary.
