Tally <> PHP Application Integration

1) Stock item Masters and customer masters will be synced from Tally to php application in real time. if you make any changes in the master it should be synced in real time
(Master means Customers master, stock item masters )
2) We need an option in Tally software, once you hit that button in Tally it should pull the sales order data from php application to Tally
