Tally Data extraction and updates XML and ODBC

I am looking for someone to help me extract data from Tally.
For example I need to get the sales account info as below:

I need to read the below data from tally usong xml and odbc:

Receipts
Payment

Cash/BankBalance -> Closing Banck

PurchaseOrder

ReceiptNote

1. I need to write the XML messages to Tally for the below operation:
