Build a TDL to accept excel files(packing slips) and convert it to Sales Bill

The organization has customized packing slips for orders received. This slip has to be uploaded to Tally to create a sales bill. The information provided in the packing slip shall hit Tally database and deduct the inventory as per the orders.
Provision to send the bill created to various parties via WhatsApp and email should be there.
