Im looking for a consultation with a local accountant or lawyer that could advice me on the best procedure for moving my pension funds to Poland.
In Switzerland, individuals are able to invest in Pension through (i) 2nd Pillar/Corporate Pension and (iii) 3rd Pillar/Private Individual Pension. After working for Nestlé in Vevey for 2 years, I have accumulated ~30-40k Euros that could be withdrawn/cashed out directly to bank account when leaving the country, taxed at source at ~10-12%.
Im starting a new job in Warsaw in August/22 and I am a Italian/Brazilian citizenship. My question is what should be the best step-by-step procedure to avoid being taxed in Poland when transferring my pension funds.
