I am contacting you from Greece. I plan to start an LLC in Delaware right away with partners.
I do not know if I will need an accountant from the beginning. Please let me know how we could work together. I would like to know how the invoices are issued and if there is an obligation to work constantly with an accountant or to have support when there is revenue or transactions in general.
As you can see, we're starting with a trial period in the US and we do not know if there will be revenue from the start. However, we would like to know about taxation and for this reason please let us know. If possible, inform us about the cost of the services of initial cooperation.
