# Chartered Accountant (CA) Needed for a New Furniture Business (Long-Term)

I am starting my own furniture business and am looking for a **qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** for a long-term association.

I don't just need someone to file returns—I am looking for a proactive professional who can guide me, advise me on compliance, identify potential issues before they arise, and help me make the right financial and tax decisions as my business grows.

### Scope of Work

* GST Registration (if required)
* Monthly GST Return Filing
* Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts
* Annual Income Tax Return (ITR)
* TDS advice and compliance (if applicable)
* Preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
* Business tax planning and tax-saving advice
* Assistance with any GST or Income Tax notices
* Ongoing financial and compliance guidance

### Business Details

* New furniture manufacturing and e-commerce business
* Sole Proprietorship (initially)
* Selling through Amazon FBA and Shopify
* Purchasing inventory from suppliers within India

### What I'm Looking For

* Experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, or e-commerce businesses is a plus
