abn registration certificate

Hello, I would like to request a freelancer to assist me with obtaining an ABN registration certificate for my business. I already have the ABN, but the address I put on the form was mistakenly incorrect.
Because I'm living overseas currently, and the ATO was unable to verify my ID documents, they advised I get a tax agent to request the certificate on my behalf.
I need you to either receive the certificate and send me a copy digitally (ASAP) and/or update the address the ATO has on file - again they won't let me do this as my passport/birth certificate apparently isn't acceptable!
