US Tax Specialist for Form 5472 Filing (Foreign-Owned Single Member LLC)

We are looking for an experienced US tax professional (CPA, EA, or qualified tax preparer) to prepare and file Form 5472 along with Pro Forma Form 1120 for a foreign-owned Single Member LLC.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with foreign-owned US disregarded entities and a strong understanding of IRS international reporting requirements. Form 5472 is required for foreign-owned Single Member LLCs to report transactions with foreign related parties and must be filed together with a Pro Forma Form 1120.
