Tax Consultant for USA

We are an IT company with operations in TX, USA. company is registered in Delaware.
we are looking for an Accountant who is well versed in QuickBooks accounting.
this will require ongoing work as below
Update around 25 invoices / month
update 5-10 expenses in QB
file federal taxes at the end of year 2023
file state taxes at end of the year 2023
Selected personal should have good working knowledge of accounting and Quickbooks.
He can be in USA, India or anywhere else, This is a remote and part time position.
Further details will be provided after NDA is signed.
We already have QB account once finalized this access will be provided to the accountant.
How many hours of work it will require in a month ?
What will be monthly charges ?
