Quarterly UK VAT Submission

I run a small UK-registered limited company which has been dormant for the past 3 yrs.
However, I have recently incurred expenses while doing work for the company. These bills are in my personal name but relate to hotel stays and car hire etc while working for the company. I need to reclaim the VAT charges for this.
I have the VAT receipts. There are in total about 6 transactions. I need help with VAT filing. Due date is May 7, 2026
