Pending GST Filing And Reinstate GST Certificate

I am lost here. I had registered GST in year of 2019 and after that probably I filed it for 6 months. After that it was my ignorance and Corona pandemic that I couldn't continue to file it. I recieved email about cancellation of my GST sometime ago due to non filing.
Now that market is opening, I want to see what my options are. Can I pay all dues through late filing and reinstate GST? Or pay all dues through late filing and register for a new GST?
