Not trading company, Not dormant because the company traded 2 years before

My one-person limited company has had absolutely no trading activity, income, or expenses during the year, so I now need its dormant accounts submitted to both Companies House and HMRC. I have some of the paperwork on hand (basic ledgers, incorporation details, previous confirmation statement), but I still need guidance on any outstanding bits before everything can be filed.
The job is straightforward: prepare whatever minimal forms a dormant entity requires, make sure they meet the micro-entity format, and complete the online submissions. Once done, I’ll need the electronic acknowledgements from both authorities for my records.
