Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance, Accounting, and Tax Specialist (or Agency) to take full responsibility for managing our financial operations across multiple jurisdictions: United States, Hong Kong, and Dubai. This role covers the entire financial cycle, from day-to-day bookkeeping to regulatory tax compliance and preparation of balance sheets and financial reports.

The ideal candidate (or firm) must demonstrate deep knowledge of international accounting standards, cross-border taxation, and compliance requirements, ensuring that our company remains fully compliant while optimizing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting

Maintain accurate, up-to-date books for all entities across the USA, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.

Implement proper internal controls and ensure accurate classification of transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.

Consolidate financial reports across multiple jurisdictions.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage all aspects of taxation across each jurisdiction:

USA: Corporate income tax, federal/state filings, and sales tax compliance.

Hong Kong: Profits tax, corporate filings, and local regulatory requirements.

Dubai (UAE): Corporate tax compliance, VAT (if applicable), and free zone reporting.

File timely and accurate tax returns, ensuring full compliance with each country’s laws.

Advise on tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize liabilities legally.

Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants when required.

Keep up to date with changing international tax laws and financial regulations.

Financial Strategy & Advisory

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

Support cross-border transactions and advise on financial structures for compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
Professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax management.
Proven expertise in handling multi-country taxation and financial reporting (USA, Hong Kong, UAE).
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Hong Kong FRS, and UAE accounting/tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
Prior work with international SMEs or multinational companies.
Hands-on experience with cross-border compliance and transfer pricing considerations.
Ability to provide end-to-end service covering bookkeeping, taxation, and reporting.
