Mexican Business Tax Advisor Needed
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Please only apply if you have an office in Mexico City or Cancun / Tulum area.
I prefer to work with a small company structure or single person with no overhead.
I’m currently in the process of establishing a Mexican S. de R.L. de C.V. and am looking for a qualified, forward-thinking tax advisor to support us with the legal setup and ongoing tax strategy.
Our company will have two shareholders:
• My Austrian GmbH (50%)
• My Mexican partner (50%)
The company will operate across multiple verticals, including:
1. Software development and SaaS platforms (QR code menus, cloud tools, AI-based systems)
2. A community and co-living space for digital nomads (coworking, events, retreats)
3. Production and sale of food products, such as natural soup powders and artisanal goods
4. Cultural and wellness events
5. Acquisition and management of real estate for the above activities
We would like to:
• Minimize costs and complexity during the founding process
• Use a low fixed capital (e.g. MXN 3,000)
• Allow for larger variable capital contributions (e.g. up to MXN 5,000,000) to accommodate phased investments from the GmbH
• Include clear clauses for proportional ownership updates without modifying the founding charter annually
We are looking for someone who can:
• Guide us through tax registration (SAT) and declarations for multiple business activities
• Ensure correct shareholder structure and RFC setup
• Help optimize tax treatment of international capital contributions
• Advise on deductibility of expenses related to the community project
• Support us long-term with monthly/annual tax filings
Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Mexican corporate and tax law
• Experience with foreign-owned S. de R.L. structures
• Expertise in technology and multi-activity businesses
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Proactive, strategic, and precise in documentation
