I am a Swedish non-U.S. resident and a 50% member of Orbit Sling LLC, a New Mexico LLC treated as a partnership.

The other member and I are proceeding with a mutual wind-down, and his advisers are currently preparing the dissolution documents, mutual release, closing statement, W-8BEN/work-location confirmation, and final Company tax documents.
